In The Weekend

On Saturday my Sister came down from her private boarding school,When she arrived we went to the shop to go shopping in Paraparaumu. Then we had something to eat and went home.When she comes down for the weekend she always have to be in full uniform. Her school is a girl only school. I have been to her school its really big,formal and interesting. She has a bedroom with another girl, but every term she has to change room and change room mate.

Then on Sunday we had break fast my Sister was getting ready to go back to school. While I was sleeping I was tired. Then I finally got up from my comfy bed and got ready for the day. Then we just did chores and had a swim in our pool,When It was 2 pm we left to drop my Sister off for school and had dinner. Then we went home ,I got ready for school the rest of my family got ready for work.

Teacher Only Day

On Wednesday 26 February,Teacher only day happen at my School.I woke up at at 6:30 am, and did my normal weekend routine.At 7:30 am I had some pancakes and orange juice,by 8:00 am I was finished and had a shower.By 8:15 am I was finished because my showers don't take long,got changed and brush my hair. 9:00 am I put some movies on my TV,by 10 am I was bored and hungry so I cooked some left over pancakes and a omelette it had (tomato,green onion,cheese,ham and of course egg).

I was getting bored so I thought I would make a smoothie because it was a hot sunny day.I used (blue berries,mango,strawberries,black berries,raspberry and some banana.).by midday I thought I should clean my room because it was a mess that took my half hour to clean my room,when I finally cleaned it I was feeling hot so I went for a swim in my pool.then I sun bathed for a while.At around 11:12 am I got changed into my clothes and watch some movies while eating some little snacks.2 Pm I folded some of my washing and put it away.

3 Pm my Nieces and Nephews came home and hoped in the pool.When they came out I helped one of my Nieces with homework because I was bored. 4 pm my Nieces and Nephews lefted and to there home , 5 pm my dad came home from work so did my older brothers. 6 pm I had dinner (steak,salad,chops and mashed potato and cooked veges).By 7 pm I had some dessert and got my stuff ready for school the next day. 8 pm I was tired and was ready,so then I fell asleep.

DIMIC problem solving

what are the most important things you need to be doing as a group member to solve your problems? well first you should should pick the roles (reader,presenter,questioner and writer.),then you should read then re read the problem and make sure everyone understands the problem,then pick strategy.And make sure everyone is sharing there ideas and participating.Then when its your turn do your roles done.


for our problem we had to do lengths and centimetres for our strategy we basically used times and addition.

Beach Day,

W.A.L.T write with detail,

on Tuesday 12 November we had a Beach Day,when I got up I remembered that it was Beach Day(Beach Day was basically a day when we learn beach safety and more fun Activities.).We got to were mufti so I was really happy. When I got to school around 8:40 am I noticed some kids didn't wear mufti they wore there uniform but some still came.Then the bell we were waiting the we lefted to the beach in the vans.When we got there we met the life guards they had a introduction about them about the beach and what then we learnt CPR Facts:you have to do 30 compression on the chest two breathes on the mouth.

Then we did a beach clean up to see who can pick up the most trash on the beach.Then we did some Challenges like chubby bunny and the weetbix challenge.Then we had some morning tea.Then soon after we got to have a swimming soon after and the waves we HUGE.We even got to pick any board  we any board we wanted I picked the lay on one,I would say that it was fun.

School Goals Achievements

1 thing I have learnt this week: I have learnt about algebra and more division,my maths has been increasing.Also I learnt so many facts about my country Spain.

1 goal I have achieved this week: I have achieved my maths,spelling and vocabulary.

1 thing I need to improve: I need to improve my handwriting because I really want nice and tidy handwriting.

R.O.A.R

why do we have R.O.A.R?: we have R.O.A.R because so when we are older we already know how to respect other peoples things,be kind .
why is it important?:it is important we have R.O.A.R because it helps us choose the right path.

O.C pride is when we wear the correct uniform and so a good example of our school.Respect is when we respect people belongings and respect the teachers.Active learner is when we our on task and we do what we have to do.responsibility is when we no what to do and do the right thing.
